Use Your Out-Of-Network Benefits Easily

Paying for therapy can be overwhelming, but we are here to help!

At Transform Psychotherapy, we understand that insurance can be confusing. We are an out of network practice, but did you know that many insurance plans still offer reimbursement to their customers? We can even help you make claims through our fantastic service called Reimbursify. You deserve to get all the benefits your insurance is supposed to provide you and we want to make sure you do.

No more frustration with submitting superbills and trying to read confusing legalese. Reimbursify makes it easy for both of us- we get paid well and you get the money you are entitled to. Check the link below to see how much money you can get back from our services.

Verifty your OON Benefits

Unfortunately, Medicaid does NOT currently cover or reimburse services by OON providers. Sliding scale is the most appropriate choice for interested clients on Medical Assistance (in Minnesota: MnSure).

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA to make paying for therapy as smooth as possible.

Sliding Scale

At Transform Psychotherapy, we believe that everyone should have access to quality therapy. That’s why we are proud members of Open Path Collective. Our sliding scale fee slots are perfect for clients who want to prioritize their mental health but are concerned about the cost. Check out our Open Path Collective profile to see if we are currently accepting Sliding Scale clients.

Good Faith Estimate

We understand that medical costs can be scary, but we are here to make it easier for you. As a patient, you have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Health care providers are required by law to provide patients without insurance or not using insurance with an estimate of their medical bill. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3095.

At Transform Psychotherapy, we want to empower you with the knowledge you need to navigate the sometimes complicated world of medical billing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer teletherapy?

Yes! I do it through my HIPPA-compliant online portal. I can also utilize other platforms like Zoom or Google Meet if that works better for each of our computers.

Is your office ADA-compliant?

Yes! There are accommodations for the main entrances to the building, elevators, and ADA-compliant bathrooms. My suite door and office do not have assisted doors, so please tell me how you’d like to navigate with these.

Are there gender-neutral restrooms in your building?

Yes! They are on the South side of the building on the second floor.

I experience sensory overload, can I still come into the office?

That’s up to you! There are florescent lights throughout the building, but I can control the lighting within my office, with lamps and natural light from the atrium in the center of the building. I have a white noise machine if that is helpful to drown out the other noises around us. It’s generally pretty quiet, but I cannot guarantee other tenants and their throughout the building. No strong smells as far as I can tell, but there are live plants in the atrium. For taste, I can provide coffee or tea and various candies if that is helpful. I will also provide a basket of various fidgets, but feel free to bring your own! If you’d like, you can always come visit briefly before scheduling a full session on site.

Where is your office in the building?

I am on the second floor on the North side right next to the elevator. It is a little confusing at first, so you can text me through the client portal or on my work cell 612-405-4258 if you get lost.

Is there free parking?

Yep! All around the building.

Can I get there via public transportation?

Yes. The 28th Ave station of the Blue Line Light Rail is probably the closest public transit station. However, the office is about two blocks away from the Mall of America, if you don’t mind a 5-10 min walk.
